Please review the following new ORDER regarding changes to certain scheduling requirements in large claims civil cases. In summary, this Order removes all scheduling conferences between the date of the Order and May 31, 2020. In lieu of a hearing, parties will submit proposed scheduling deadlines utilizing each branch’s Scheduling Order. These orders can be found on the Waukesha County website Civil Division homepage and will be uploaded to each case in which a scheduling conference was set.
