It is with great pleasure that I announce the hiring of Attorney Chris Bailey as Waukesha County’s
newest court commissioner. Many of you know Attorney Bailey from his work here in Waukesha County.
Attorney Bailey is a 1997 graduate of Marquette University Law School, a 1994 graduate of Carroll
University and a 2004 graduate of Marquette University Graduate School. He has been a solo
practitioner since 1999, and has experience in every facet of law and hearing type a court commissioner
has authority to hear. His diversity of experience, intelligence and demeanor will serve him well in his
new position.

Attorney Bailey will start his new position on May 18, 2021.
