Court Appointed Legal Services

The Waukesha County Judiciary is in the process of establishing its 2021 List of Attorneys interested in accepting Court Appointments to serve as Guardians ad Litem or Advocate Counsel in criminal, family, civil, juvenile and probate cases filed in Waukesha County.   Any attorney who was on the 2020 Appointment List has already been contacted directly.  We would also like to extend the opportunity to any other interested members of the Waukesha County Bar Association.  If you meet the legal requirements for appointment and service outlined in the Supreme Court Rules, and would like to be considered for court appointment in 2021 please contact Bob Snow in the Clerk of Courts Office directly.  His email is [email protected].  He can answer any questions you may have, and can provide the required Service Agreement and Service Profile for you to complete and return.  Thank you very much for your interest.
