Brief Survey of Pandemic Era Legal Practices We Should Reject or Keep After the Pandemic
Please click the below link to complete a short survey (five to ten minutes) aimed at identifying what the bench and bar think of a variety of workarounds that have been put in place to address the challenges of the pandemic, and which, if any, should be abandoned, tweaked or maintained once it has been overcome. The Milwaukee, Waukesha and Eastern District Bar Associations, and the Thomas Fairchild Inn of Court, are cooperating in conducting this survey of their members and the local judiciary. The results will be shared once it is complete.
