New Family and Criminal Division Local Rules – eff. 1/21/2026

Waukesha County Circuit Court Chief Judge Paul Bugenhagen, Jr. has ordered the implementation of revised Family Division and Criminal Division local rules.  The revised local rules will be effective as of January 21, 2026. Click on the links below to review the Orders and revised local rules.
